USER RESEARCH METHOD
I decided to conduct User Interview with 2 sellers and buyers who would be using the product. This is to gain deeper understanding on what the potential users are expecting out of the app.
INTERVIEW GOALS
- To understand the challenges faced by the seller to gather more orders and to track and distribute them in time.
- To understand the challenges faced by the buyer to give orders and to track them.
TARGET PARTICIPANT CATEGORIES
- People who sell Aluminium/Steel utensils
- Distributors of household goods
- Manufacturers of Aluminium/Steel utensils

Persona 1:
As a showroom Manager and a seller, I want to have a delivery service at my store, so that customers do not have to come wait in line for long hours
Persona 2:
As a small business owner, I would like to take my business online, so that more people have access to my products.
